Samuel A. Gaita
Samuel A. Gaita has served as President and C.E.O. of Gaita Enterprises
Inc. since September, 2000. Mr. Gaita received his education in
Burbank, California at Woodbury University in where he graduated in
the National Honor Society and received his B.S. degree in Finance,
with a concentration in Real Estate.
Mr. Gaita has been a Project Manager in real estate development for
over 10 years and has worked on projects throughout New Jersey, California,
and Florida. The project sizes range from single family homes to strip
malls, warehouses, condominiums/town homes, and office buildings.
Mr. Gaita is especially proud to be helping combat the affordable housing
shortage in Miami Dade County by currently devoting all of his time
and efforts to developing high-quality luxury inspired, affordable homes
throughout Miami Dade County.
Within his efforts of giving back to the community, Samuel A. Gaita
also created in 2006 the Gaita Community Enhancement Foundation, a non
for profit entity that makes a positive difference in the City of Miami
and Miami - Dade County by locating specific needs and weaknesses in
the community and addressing them one by one.
The GCEF represents the realization of founder Samuel A. Gaitas
life long goal of being able to give back to the community. Mr. Gaitas
Real Estate Development firm, Gaita Enterprises Inc., donates
10% of its proceeds to the GCEF. CEO and Founder Samuel A. Gaita also
commits his time to the effort by encouraging local legislators, businesses
and residents within the community to donate their time and resources
to the charitable efforts of the GCEF. The foundation is "dedicated
to the theory that the concept of home extends beyond four walls and

Based on this philosophy, Gaita Enterprises Inc. applies 100%
of the donations they receive directly towards increasing the quality
and availability of community resources including but not limited to
safe, well equipped public parks, youth enrichment programs, community
awareness, safety, education and many other comprehensive neighborhood
services. The GCEF is proud to turn neighborhoods into safe, educational
and productive communities.
Samuel A. Gaita is also a board member of Gaita Community Enhancement
Foundation and a council member for Equality Florida. He has also adopted
2 schools in Miami Dade County: Orchard Villa Elementary and Lenora
B. Smith Elementary.
