  • Ability to qualify this project as a Section 8 Home Ownership qualifying development.
  • Obtain a list of all Section 8 qualified purchasers in this price range.
  • Close relationships with banks and lenders specializing in affordable housing, mortgages, grants, and down payment assistance for the buyers.
  • Close relationship with banks and lenders specializing in mortgages, grants, reduced lending costs, reduced finance charges, and reduced interest rates for qualifying low income housing developments.
  • Access to lower cost building materials (strong relations with distributors and stores due to multiple projects and buying in bulk).
  • Developing Green - Giving a positive impact on our environment, increasing media coverage, community and political support, as well as the ability to access more grants and reduction in construction costs.
