We also assist in marketing and financing of the project with our main focus on time and cost management; achieving the most profits possible for the project.

- Bringing investor money into project if needed
- Ability to qualify this project for a developer grant reducing the cost of the unit to the end user by 25% or up to $70,000 off of the original per unit price.
- Ability to assist buyers in purchasing units with government grants, reducing the units by up to $100,000 plus closing costs (in addition to above mentioned developer grant).
- Ability to qualify this project as a Section 8 Home Ownership qualifying development.
- Obtain a list of all Section 8 qualified purchasers in this price range.
- Close relationships with banks and lenders specializing in affordable housing, mortgages, grants, and down payment assistance for the buyers.
- Close relationship with banks and lenders specializing in mortgages, grants, reduced lending costs, reduced finance charges, and reduced interest rates for qualifying low income housing developments.
- Access to lower cost building materials (strong relations with distributors and stores due to multiple projects and buying in bulk).
- Developing Green - Giving a positive impact on our environment, increasing media coverage, community and political support, as well as the ability to access more grants and reduction in construction costs.
- Use of local laborers from some of the most well respected and trusted companies in the industry. This retains jobs for residents in the community, gains respect and support of the community and politicians, and also ensures the highest quality construction available.
